Hot Spicy Sausage Balls
This recipe is sure to be a hit at holiday celebrations. The heat level can be adjusted to your desired taste from mild spicy to superhot. Only four ingredients and five simple steps.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground pork sausage, at room temperature

2 cups biscuit baking mix

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 teaspoon Harmony Springs Mixed Superhot Powder (Vary for desired heat, 1 teaspoon is quite hot)

STEP 1:
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

STEP 2:
Combine Harmony Springs Superhot Powder and biscuit mix in a large bowl; mix thoroughly to distribute the heat.

STEP 3:
Combine room temperature sausage and mix with your hands until well combined.
​
STEP 4:
Add shredded Cheddar cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
​
STEP 5:
Roll mixture into about 30 walnut-sized balls; transfer to a baking sheet.

STEP 6:
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and sausage is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
